What is JAC Timing?
JAC Timing is the timing arm of the Jacksonville Athletic Club, a year-round track and field club. It provides fully automatic timing and meet management for track meets across the greater Jacksonville area, with LED boards and split clocks, and since 2025 it has offered RFID chip timing for cross country meets and road races. Results post at jacksonvilletrack.com.
JAC Timing grew out of the Jacksonville Athletic Club, which coaches every track and field event from pole vault to distance. The club runs its own JAC Classic and JAC Invitational track meets in summer and times more than a hundred meets a year, including the Chiles Relays in Tallahassee and the Danny Brown Invitational in Jacksonville.
In the fall it times the JAC Cross Country Invitational at William F. Sheffield Regional Park, the Ridgeview Panther meet, the Gateway Conference championships at Cecil Field and the JU ROTC 5K. The old jactiming.com address now redirects to the live results page at jacksonvilletrack.com.
