#6 — 3A Girls 2026 Week 3 · (P)
Runner-up in 2A at state last November in 18:26.0, now in 3A, and still unraced three weeks in. Bishop Kenny has not run a varsity girls race. She holds sixth on the credential, ahead of two Chiles girls who have raced, by four seconds on paper.
#7 — 3A Girls 2026 Week 2 · (P)
Three weeks now. Bishop Kenny, the projected best girls team in Florida, has still not entered a single runner in a single meet, and Lawhon's 18:26.0 from the 2A state meet is aging on the shelf. Bishop Kenny entered boys at the Horse Park and not girls, so the wait continues. Whenever that team finally races, three names on this page move in one afternoon. We wrote that two weeks ago. It is still true.
#7 — 3A Girls 2026 Week 1 · (P)
Second in 2A at state in 18:26.0, and Bishop Kenny is a 3A school now. She did not open, which projects her to 18:54.8.
That number is the floor and everybody knows it. Bishop Kenny is the projected No. 1 team in 3A and the projected No. 1 team in all of Florida, and it did not send a single runner to a meet this weekend. Lawhon, Camila Giles and Jillian Jakab all sit on this board on paper alone. The first time that team races, three names on this page move.
