Run, White and Blue 5k and Yoga Master Class

Run, White and Blue 4th of July 5k & Master Yoga

Join us for a meaningful day of movement, mindfulness, and community at our Run, White and Blue 4th of July 5k & Master Yoga. This family-friendly event is designed to celebrate wellness while honoring those who served.

Enjoy a scenic course along the back nine of our championship golf course, inspired by legendary designer Greg Norman, and take in the serene beauty of Grande Lakes Resort as you walk or run at your own pace.

After crossing the finish line, replenish and restore with refreshing mimosas or champagne, an assortment of nutritious snacks, and a dedicated stretching and recovery session led by our expert therapists featuring Theragun technology and so much more.

Restorative Yoga Master Class

Before and after you’ve crossed the finish line, give your body the reset it deserves. Join us for a restorative yoga class designed specifically for runners, focused on deep stretching, breathwork, and recovery.

This session will guide you through intentional movement to release tension from the hips, hamstrings, and lower back, while opening the body and nervous system back into balance.

We’ll close with a grounding sound bowl meditation, allowing your breath and heartbeat to return to center as you float into stillness under the sky.

Every participant will receive:

• An exclusive event T-shirt and medal
• A wellness-inspired goodie bag
• Access to our Wellness Sponsored activities
• Entry into a raffle for spa experiences, including massages, facials, manicures/pedicures, and gifts from our local wellness partners

This event is open to all ages, resort guests, and the general public. It’s more than a race—it’s a celebration of health, community, and gratitude.
