About This Event

Join us for the 2nd Annual UYA 5K as we "Run It Back," a community celebration dedicated to empowering youth and uplifting the community we call home. This family-friendly event includes a run, ride, and walk starting at 7:00 AM at the Dr. Velma H. Williams Westside Community Center, 919 S. Permission Ave., Sanford, FL 32771. We invite supporters, leaders, and local families to come together and champion the next generation.

Event proceeds will directly support the Unity Youth Association’s mission to provide transformative programs, mentorship, and resources that help young people unlock their potential and thrive.

Be sure to stay after the event as we recognize the top three male and top three female participants, who will receive special acknowledgment awards for their achievements.

Whether you’re participating for fitness, for fun, or for a cause you believe in, your involvement helps us build stronger futures. Lace up, show up, and be part of the difference!

Running is better together!

Adults can register for $25, while children ages 5–17 register for $15. A parent or guardian must accompany all children under 12.

Event shirts are available for adults only.
