#6 — 3A Girls 2026 Week 8

Did not race. Won the Todd Howsare Memorial on September 26 in 18:51.1 by 49 seconds, and Seffner Christian on September 12.

#4 — 3A Girls 2026 Week 7

Did not race. Won the Todd Howsare Memorial on September 26 in 18:51.1 by 49 seconds, and Seffner Christian on September 12.

#4 — 3A Girls 2026 Week 6

Won the Todd Howsare Memorial on Saturday in 18:51.1 out of 165, two weeks after she won Seffner Christian. Second at Parker Valby behind Katherine Eudaly of Plant 4A; third at Cecil Field in 18:35.0, ahead of Hallick, a result that no longer orders the list. She and Mercer have not met, and Mercer's season figure is better. Third to fourth.

#3 — 3A Girls 2026 Week 5

Did not race. Third at Cecil Field in 18:35.0, one place and two seconds ahead of Hallick, then a second at Parker Valby behind Katherine Eudaly of Plant 4A and a win at Seffner Christian in 19:15.9, a course that reads slow, worth about 18:32 at Cecil Field. No 3A girl has beaten her this season, and under the rule that keeps her first: her Cecil Field result over Hallick stands until they meet again. Third on the call explained at the top, and she did not lose a race to get there. The first time she lines up with either girl above her, the grass decides.

#8 — Overall Girls 2026 Week 5

Did not race. Third at Cecil Field in 18:35.0 in August, one place ahead of Hallick, then wins at Seffner Christian in 19:15.9 and a second at Parker Valby behind Eudaly. On season figure alone she is sixteenth. She is eighth because she beat Hallick and the two have not met since, and that result still stands; she was sixth a week ago, and the two girls who passed her did it on the call explained at the top, not on a race she lost. The day they meet the grass decides.

#1 — 3A Girls 2026 Week 4

Won Seffner Christian out of 240 in 19:15.9, 30 seconds ahead of Analyse St John of Lennard 4A, worth 18:32 on a course that reads 44 seconds slow for girls, three seconds better leveled than her 18:35.0 for third at Cecil Field. The season figure goes from 19:08 to 18:50, eleventh in the class to sixth; the 19:37.7 at Parker Valby is still in it. She is first because she beat Hallick by two seconds the only time they raced, a loss stands until the two meet again, and the only girl who has beaten her is ranked fifth in Florida. Saturday does not reopen a finish she already holds.

#8 — Overall Girls 2026 Week 4

Won the Seffner Christian XC Invitational out of 240 in 19:15.9, 30 seconds ahead of Analyse St John of Lennard 4A, on a course that reads about 44 seconds slow by the 35 girls who have also run the state meet. Leveled, that is 18:32, three seconds better than her 18:35.0 for third at Cecil Field, and it pulls her season figure from 19:08 to 18:50, from about 36th in Florida on the arithmetic to 22nd; the 19:37.7 at Parker Valby is still in the figure and is why it is not higher. She is eighth for the reason she was eighth a week ago: she beat Lyla Hallick by two seconds the only time they raced, a loss stands until the two meet again, and the only girl who has beaten her is ranked fifth. Winning on Saturday does not reopen a finish she already holds.

#1 — 3A Girls 2026 Week 3

18:35.0 at Cecil Field on opening night, still the fastest raw time by a 3A girl on a neutral course this season, and two seconds in front of Hallick in the only race the two of them have run together. On Saturday she was second at Parker Valby in 19:37.7, 49 seconds behind Katherine Eudaly, on a quick course, and it was not a good day. On the numbers alone that run drops her to tenth in the class.

We are not doing that. Eudaly, the only girl who has beaten her, is ranked fifth in Florida, and Wilcox beat Hallick head to head. Compare the races and it is a toss-up between the two of them; the head-to-head is the tiebreak, and it is hers. First, until they meet again.

#8 — Overall Girls 2026 Week 3

18:35.0 at Cecil Field on opening night, two seconds in front of Hallick in the only race the two have run together, and then a bad day: second at Parker Valby on Saturday in 19:37.7, 49 seconds behind Eudaly on a quick course. The season figure would drop her well down the page. The races do not. The only girl who has beaten her is ranked fifth, and she beat the girl ranked ninth. Comparing the races, she and Hallick are a toss-up, and the head-to-head is the tiebreak.

#2 — 3A Girls 2026 Week 2

Idle since opening night, and still second, on the one head-to-head that matters. The only time Wilcox and Hallick have shared a start line, at Cecil Field in the deepest girls race in Florida, Wilcox finished two seconds in front, and her 18:35.0 from that night is still the fastest mark in the class on level ground.

Hallick has spent the two weeks since beating everybody else. She has not beaten Wilcox, because they have not met again, and until they do or Wilcox's idle streak runs much longer, the result they actually ran settles the order between them.

#7 — Overall Girls 2026 Week 2

Third at Cecil in 18:35.0, 38.8 seconds faster than her state run, and she has not raced since. She stays ahead of Hallick on one fact: she beat her, head to head, by two seconds at Cecil, in the only race the two have shared. Until they meet again, the result they actually ran settles the order. One more idle week makes it a harder argument to keep making.

#3 — 3A Girls 2026 Week 1

The fastest 3A time of the weekend, and a class-change story. Wilcox was 19th in 4A at state in 19:13.8. She is 3A now, and she ran 18:35.0 for third in the Cecil Field Girls Elite race, behind only Arabella Duffell of Lake Nona and Avery Hartley of Bartram Trail — both 4A, both in the overall state top ten.

Converted back to November terms that opener is worth roughly 18:06, a 68-second improvement, against the best field anybody in Florida faced. East Lake ranks 21st in 3A as a team with a 6:46 spread, so she is running for herself the rest of the way.

#9 — Overall Girls 2026 Week 1

Third at Cecil in 18:35, 38.8 seconds faster than her state run, and the second-biggest improvement by any ranked girl in Florida. Wilcox was 19th in 4A last fall and our 34th-ranked returner. East Lake drops to 3A for 2026-27, which puts her in Tomasic's bracket rather than Muller's. Senior years like this one tend to keep going.
