Fletcher Rodbro

Sixth at New World in 15:09, ahead of Kiper, Ross, Olson and Cunningham. His 14:54.0 at the IMGA Summit on September 5 is still the fastest time run on a Florida course other than New World this year. He did not finish the Race of Champions on October 3; a DNF is not a loss.

Did not race. His 14:54.0 at the IMGA Summit on September 5 is still the fastest time run on a Florida course this year, and he was fifteenth at the Showcase in 15:21.6, behind Michalak, Cunningham and Seth, ahead of Olson and Kiros. He stays behind those three until he meets one of them again. He has never raced Rivera; on figure he would sit above him, and we have kept last week's order between them until one of them races.

Did not race. His 14:54.0 at IMG's Summit Challenge is the only sub-15 in Florida this season and the best converted mark on the board at 15:01. One race, on his own course, against nobody else on this page, and IMG competes outside the state series. Third, where he was, with the same caveats.

The time of the season so far, and it came out of a small meet on IMG's own campus. Rodbro won the IMGA Summit Challenge out of 74 runners in 14:54.0, 43 seconds clear of teammate James Pfuhl, who ran 15:37.4 for second. The course reads a touch quick, not enough to matter: on neutral ground the run is still worth around 15:01, the best number anybody in Florida owns.

Two honest cautions. IMG Academy is an FHSAA member that competes as an Independent, with no district, regional or state meet, so Rodbro has never run a Florida state meet and will not this year, which means we have no November mark to check him against. And he has not yet raced anybody on this list. He ranks third on the strength of one run, behind two seniors who have raced each other and won at every level in this state. If he lines up against them, that could change fast.
