How It Works
Participants will complete four ¼-mile loops. Before each loop, runners must stop at the drink station and drink a small Eggnog drink. Once they finish their drink, they can head out on the next lap. The first to complete all four loops and drinks wins the Nog Jog.
Drink Station Setup
A central drink station near the start/finish loop area. Volunteers will pour and serve drinks and ensure all drinks are consumed before the runner continues. Water and shade available nearby for hydration and recovery.
Safety and Rules Participants must be 21+ to register, no exceptions. Age will be verified at check-in with valid government-issued ID required.
Drink portions will be small for safety and fun. Participants can opt-out of drinking (run for fun!) but will not be eligible for timed awards.
Awards and Recognition Top three Male and Top Female finishers will be recognized
