Race Schedule 1-Mile Fun Run: 8:00 a.m. – This event will be for children ages 10 and under. This event is free, and all participants will receive a participation ribbon. 5K Run/Walk: 8:30 a.m. – This event will be chip timed. Registration: 5K Runners/Walkers $30 Runner / $25 Walker – Early Registration through October 10 $35 Runner / $30 Walker – October 11 through December 10 $40 Runner / $35 Walker – Race Day  Online registration will close on December 10. Virtual Runner: $39.50 There will be no running club discount. The only discount we plan to offer will be for youth participants who are part of the YMCA Cross Country program. We would also like to offer in-person registration with cash at: 920 N. Mills Avenue Arcadia, FL 34266 We are still working out the details of the in-person registration process and will provide any additional information once finalized. Shirts Shirt sizes will range from Youth Small through Adult 2XL. Packet Pickup Early Packet Pickup: October 11 920 N. Mills Avenue Arcadia, FL 34266 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Race-Day Packet Pickup: Morgan Park Beginning at 6:00 a.m. Awards We would like to have the following overall awards for both male and female participants: Overall Male and Female Masters – 40+ Grand Masters – 55+ For age-group awards, we would like the following categories for both males and females: Under 10 11–13 14–16 17–19 20–29 30–39 40–49 50–59 60–69 70+ We are also considering a special holiday-themed award, such as an award for the best ugly sweater or the participant showing the most holiday spirit. We have not finalized the exact award yet, but we wanted to mention it as something we are considering.
