12K's Of Christmas December 2026

The holidays are a wonderful time of year when we look forward to all the joys of the season, but sometimes it can be difficult to stay motivated through all the hustle and bustle. Register for the 12K's of Christmas to help you stay active and healthy all season long! Take a look at our all-new one-of-a-kind Cozy Winter Cabin Advent Calendar style medal with 12 removable magnetic "doors/windows/trees" to help you track your progress. There is a beautiful full color symbol of Christmas behind each door/window/tree. Your medal ships with all 12 magnetic pieces and a mesh bag to safely store them as you progress through the challenge and remove or add them to your medal.

This is your Challenge to complete during the month of December 2026. We recommend/suggest 3 different ways to complete it. It's your choice!

      1. The Super 12K Challenge – Run or walk a cumulative 12K within 12 days, anytime during the month of December 2025. You can complete this all at once or you can accumulate distance over the 12 days until you reach your 12K goal!  

       2. The Mega 12 days run or walk Challenge - Run or walk 5k per day for any 12 days during the month of December 2025. When finished, you will have completed 60k/37.3 miles!

      3. The Ultimate 12 Days run or walk Challenge – This follows the traditional 12 days of Christmas theme song! Day 1 = run/walk 1K, Day 2 = 2K and so on, until you reach 12K on the 12th day! When you’re finished you will have completed 78k/48.5 miles in 12 days!

12K's Of Christmas Challenge participants will receive: The custom designed 12K's Of Christmas Challenge medal (a huge 4 inch+ Cozy Winter Cabin) all 12 magnetic doors/windows/trees to add to or remove from your medal as you achieve your milestones, and a mesh bag to store your magnetic pieces.

Tracking Tracking is accomplished by uploading to the Challenge RunSignUp page (from popular apps or manually). You will be able to see your progress tracking bar as well as milestones achieved along the way. You will also be able to follow others that are currently active in the Challenge. Info regarding your tracking link will be emailed to you at approximately midnight the day the challenge starts (December 1st, 2026).

Challenge duration: You can start/join the Challenge any time after 12:01am Eastern time December 1st 2026. Complete your purposeful/training miles at your own pace throughout the month. The Challenge ends at 11:59pm Eastern time December 31st 2026. 

Leaderboard Status You will be able to log your distance, time for each run or walk. This will track who is in the lead.

Course Information:  It's virtual, so wherever you choose to run or walk!
