Thirteenth in the Southern Showcase championship race in 15:20.7, a sophomore in a field of 250, three places and seven seconds ahead of Olson and two places ahead of Rodbro of IMG Academy. Won Spikes and Spurs in 15:59.5 in August, fourth at the Horse Park in 15:52.7 behind Thompson. Seventh to third, and above Kiper on a call: three races on three courses to Kiper's one, and the newest is the fastest of them on the clock. Thompson beat him at the Horse Park and he has not met Kiper; the day Kiper runs, this pair gets sorted again.

Fourth at the Horse Park in 15:52.7, the fastest time of his season, six seconds behind Thompson and ahead of Watkins, Williams, Moss and Ross. The Spikes & Spurs win that had him fourth in this class rests on a thinner conversion than any other course, and the Horse Park, which we can price cleanly, said 15:53. The season figure is eighth. A sophomore with two months to close the gap.

Unraced since his Spikes & Spurs win, which still converts to about 15:32 on the rating we publish and still comes with the loudest caveat in the class: read that course cautiously and he is worth about 15:43. He gives up a spot to Sallault, who has twice the evidence, and gets his chance to take it back immediately. Flagler Palm Coast is entered at the Horse Park, which is exactly the honest ground a Spikes & Spurs ranking needs.

Unchanged and unraced since Spikes & Spurs, where he won out of 202 runners in 15:59.5 as a sophomore. It converts to 15:31.7 and it comes with the loudest warning on this board: the Spikes & Spurs offset rests on fourteen boys whose mean says +43.1 and whose median says +16.5. Published, we use +27.8. At the median he is worth about 15:43 and he is thirteenth. Flagler Palm Coast is entered at the Horse Park, which will help.

Won the Spikes & Spurs Classic in 15:59.5, five seconds ahead of Luke Ross of Ponte Vedra, on a course graded 27.8 seconds slow — 15:31.7 Cecil-equivalent. Seth was 13th in 4A at state in 16:01.1 as a freshman, so that is a 29-second improvement and it came with a real runner to race.

Flagler Palm Coast ranks third in the state as a team and put three in the top four at Spikes & Spurs. Seth is the youngest runner in the top eight of this list by a full class year and he has already beaten most of it.

The only underclassman in the top ten and the only Floridian to break 16:00 outside Cecil Field. Seth won Spikes & Spurs in 15:59.5 on a course that ran 27.8 seconds slow, which prices him at roughly 15:32 Cecil-equivalent, fifth-best in the state on the weekend. He led Flagler Palm Coast to a 23-point team win. He was 16:01.1 at state as a freshman. Sophomores who improve on that curve tend to keep doing it.
