Strides For Sisterhood - Wellness 5K

About the event

Strides for Sisterhood Wellness 5K is a community-centered wellness event hosted by Leading With Love to promote the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of girls, women, and families. More than a walk or run, the event creates a welcoming space where participants can connect, access valuable wellness resources, engage in healthy activities, and strengthen their sense of belonging within the community.    The event combines a 5K walk/run with wellness-focused experiences, including health and wellness education, community resources, fitness activities, and opportunities for meaningful connection. Through movement and shared experiences, Strides for Sisterhood encourages participants to prioritize self-care, build healthy habits, and embrace wellness as an essential part of everyday life.
