Start: 9am

  Race Format: Knockout Heats

  Sprint Course (Keys Cable)

Each paddler races in their own lane:

• Water start in lane
• Paddle 100 meters out
• Left shoulder buoy turn
• Paddle 100 meters back to finish
• Total: 200-meter sprint
