In an effort to raise awareness about mental health and suicide prevention, Breaking the Barriers is proud to host the 6th Annual Celebrate Your Life 5K. This 5K walk/run honors the lives lost to suicide, promotes mental health education, and brings the community together in hope and healing.

Join us at Tradewinds Park for a meaningful morning of movement, unity, and support. This family-friendly event welcomes participants of all ages — whether you walk, run, or jog, your presence helps make a difference.
